Flat nonwovens – adhesive and thermo bonded

Adhesivbonded flat nonwovens are made of synthetic fibers or their mixes, bound at foulard with poly-acryl dispersions in the form of foam. The materials can be dyed in different colour depending on the client’s choice.

Maximal width - 2200 mm
Rolls diameter - to 600 mm (standard spool 75 mm)

Thermobonded flat nonwovens are made of synthetic fibers with high temperature kalander with smooth or engraved shaft.

Rolls diameter (standard spool 75 mm)– up to 600 mm

Basic applications additional tailoring materials, padding for coating with poly-vinyl-chloride, poly-urethane, poly-ethylene, poly-acrylics and others, as a base for producing hydro-insulation, base for pigment print, base for thermoplastic layering (under-paste materials), material for napkins, household linen, single-use medical clothing, pad material for figurative sewing, pad material for embroidering, protection material in vegetables- and fruit-growing
